The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendment that strikes all after the enacting clause and inserts the following: "That the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011 (Public Law 111-242) is further amended by striking the date specified in section 106(3) and inserting April 15, 2011".
