  • API Keys: API keys are issued to individual accounts and are for the account holder's use only. You may not share, sublicense, resell, or publicly expose an API key. You are responsible for activity performed with your key.
  • API Dashboard Authentication: Access to the API dashboard may require email-link sign-in and secure session-based authentication. LegiList may invalidate dashboard links, require re-authentication, or end dashboard sessions when reasonably necessary for security.
  • API Acceptable Use: You may not use the API to interfere with the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, or use the API in a way that materially degrades availability for others.

  • API Suspension and Revocation: LegiList may suspend or revoke API access, disable accounts, revoke keys, or block IP addresses when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms.
  • Analytics Tools: LegiList uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate site usage and improve performance. These tools may use cookies or session replay technologies.
  • Donations: Voluntary support payments are processed securely by Stripe. LegiList does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. Donations are non-refundable, do not grant special access or ownership rights, and are not tax-deductible because LegiList is not a nonprofit organization.
