Y. , 1977. J. D. , Syracuse University, Syracuse, N. Y. , 1994. Nurse. Member of the Syracuse common council, 1994-1995. Assistant New York state attorney general, 1997-2010. Elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Twelfth Congress (January 3, 2011-January 3, 2013). Unsuccessful candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Thirteenth Congress in 2012.
