Small Business Loan Oversight Improvement Act - Amends the Small Business Act to direct the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to establish an office to conduct oversight of certain SBA small business loans. Includes among office duties: (1) identification of any abuse with respect to the loan programs; (2) identification of unnecessary financial risk to the United States; and (3) analysis of the compliance of lenders with SBA loan program policies.
