This bill draft amends the offense of falsifying election documents by adding a new provision specifying that submitting a false post-election ballot audit to the secretary of state under W.S. 22-6-130 would constitute falsifying election documents. If adopted, this bill would make submitting a false post-election ballot audit a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years, a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), or both.
