Member of the Missouri state senate 2009-2017. Missouri state treasurer 2017-2019. Attorney general of Missouri 2019-2023. Elected as a Republican to the United States Senate in 2022 for the term ending January 3, 2029. Chair, Joint Economic Committee (One Hundred Nineteenth Congress).
