Staff, United States Delegate Ron de Lugo of the Virgin Islands, 1988. Bronx County, N. Y. , assistant district attorney, 1994-1997. Staff, House Committee on Ethics, 1998-2002. Staff, United States Department of Justice, 2002-2004. General counsel, Virgin Islands economic development authority, 2007-2014. Unsuccessful candidate for nomination to the One Hundred Thirteenth Congress in 2012. Elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Fourteenth and to the five succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2015-present). One of the managers appointed by the House of Representatives in 2021 to conduct the impeachment proceedings of Donald J. Trump, President of the United States.
