Biography
A Representative from California. Born in Sacramento, Sacramento, Calif. , June 27, 1955. Graduated from Rio Americano High School, Sacramento, Calif. B. S. , University of California, Berkeley, Calif. , 1977. Elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Sixth and to the two succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1999-January 3, 2005). Was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Ninth Congress in 2004. Was an unsuccessful candidate for election to the One Hundred Fourteenth Congress in 2014.
