Mike Braun

A Senator from Indiana. Born in Jasper, Ind. , March 24, 1954. Graduated Jasper High School, 1972. B. A. , economics, Wabash College, 1976. M. B. A. , Harvard Business School, 1978. Company founder and chief executive officer. Member of the Indiana house of representatives 2014-2017. Elected as a Republican to the United States Senate in 2018, and served from January 3, 2019, to January 3, 2025. Was not a candidate for reelection to the Senate in 2024. Elected governor of Indiana in 2024, and took the oath of office on January 13, 2025.
