To remove fish and wildlife as an authorized purpose of the Missouri River Mainstem Reservoir System and to make flood control the highest priority of authorized purposes of such system, and for other purposes.
This bill addresses the management of the Missouri River Mainstem Reservoir System. Specifically, it designates flood control as the highest priority of the system. The system may not be managed for the protection of fish and wildlife.
