Elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Twelfth and to the five succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2011-January 3, 2023). Was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Eighteenth Congress in 2022, but was an unsuccessful candidate for nomination to the United States Senate.
