Summary

Equity for Disaster Victims Act of 2016

This bill assists victims of Superstorm Sandy and other disasters by allowing recipients of specified disaster-assistance loans from the Small Business Administration to repay the loans with disaster-recovery grant funds received under the Community Development Block Grant Program.
