A Representative from New Jersey. Born in Bridgeton, Cumberland County, N. J. , May 12, 1946. Graduated from Georgetown Preparatory School, Rockville, Md. , 1964. B. A. , St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pa. , 1968. Freeholder, Cumberland County, N. J. , 1985-1988. Member of the New Jersey state general assembly, 1988-1994. Elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Fourth and to the eleven succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1995-January 3, 2019). Was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress in 2018.
