Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to extend through FY2010 the authorization of appropriations for grants to states and local governments for coastal recreation water quality monitoring and notification programs.
Amends the Beaches Environmental Assessment and Coastal Health Act of 2000 to extend through FY2010 the authorization of appropriations for such Act.
