Anthrax Cleanup Assistance Act of 2002 - Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to provide technical assistance for the cleanup of the Florida building that was the site of the first anthrax attack.
Expresses the sense of the Senate that appropriate State agencies should contribute to the cleanup.
