To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of State, Administration of Foreign Affairs, Repatriations Loans Program Account, Subsidize Gross Obligations for fiscal year 2024.
This bill limits FY2024 funding to subsidize gross obligations for the principal amount of direct loans in the Department of State's Repatriations Loans Program Account.
