45Q Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage Tax Credit Amendments Act of 2020
This bill extends the tax credi for carbon oxide sequestration through 2028 and allows taxpayers an election to receive payments in lieu of the credit and the credit for qualifying advanced coal projects.
