Summary

This bill authorizes the construction and operation of a bridge (Riverside Bridge Project) on certain property conveyed to Christian County, Missouri, by the Riverside Inn, Inc.

The county shall:

carryout the project in a manner that ensures that no flood damage occurs, and
be liable for any such flood damage that does occur.

No federal disaster assistance may be provided with respect to the covered property or project.
