Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to limit the number of terms an individual may serve as a Member of Congress.

Constitutional Amendment

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment limiting Members of the House of Representatives to six terms and Members of the Senate to two terms.

This article shall not apply to any person who served as a Representative or as a Senator before the 115th Congress.
