Summary

Waives the risk management purchase requirement for an agricultural producer in a designated disaster county adversely impacted by Hurricane Irene or Tropical Storm Lee for assistance eligibility under: (1) the supplemental revenue assistance program; (2) the emergency assistance for livestock, honey bees, and farm-raised fish program; and (3) the tree assistance program.

Sets forth the conditions to be met in order for a producer to receive such assistance.
