Ethanol Subsidy Repeal Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal the income and excise tax credits for ethanol blenders.
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to repeal the additional tariff on ethyl alcohol (ethanol).
