Administrative Support and Oversight for Community Financial Institutions Act of 2009 - Establishes an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Community Financial Institutions to advise the Secretary of the Treasury on the impact of Department of the Treasury policies and regulations on community financial institutions with a view to strengthening such institutions.
Directs the Secretary to establish an Office of Ombudsman for Community Financial Institutions, whose head shall be the Assistant Secretary for Community Financial Institutions.
