Remembers the 75th anniversary of the 1932-1933 Ukrainian Famine-Genocide (Holodomor) and: (1) extends sympathies to the victims, survivors, and families of this tragedy; and (2) encourages dissemination of information regarding the Ukrainian Famine-Genocide.

Condemns the Soviet government's systematic violations of the Ukrainian people's human rights.

Supports Ukraine's continuing efforts toward ensuring democratic principles, a free-market economy, and full respect for human rights.
