A concurrent resolution relating to the enrollment of S. 1932.

Deems the enrollment of S. 1932 (providing for reconciliation under the concurrent resolution on the budget for FY2006) as presented to the President for his signature on February 8, 2006, as the true enrollment of the bill reflecting the intent of Congress in enacting it into law.
