Continues with the same power and authority in the 109th Congress: (1) the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies established in the 108th Congress; and (2) S. Con. Res. 93, adopted in the 108th Congress, which authorizes use of the rotunda of the U.S. Capitol in connection with the inauguration of the President-elect and the Vice President-elect.
