Terrorist Lobby Disclosure Act of 2005 - Amends the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 to require a Member of Congress and any legislative branch employee to disclose and report to the Secretary of State and the appropriate Secretary of the Senate or the Clerk of the House of Representatives on any contacts with representatives or officials of governments that have been designated by the Department of State as state sponsors of terrorism.
Requires the Secretaries to provide the names of such individuals to specified congressional committees and subcommittees.
