Providing for the attendance of the House at the Inaugural Ceremonies of the President and Vice President of the United States.

Provides for the attendance of the House of Representatives at the inaugural ceremonies of the President and Vice President on January 20, 2005, and, upon conclusion of the ceremonies, for the adjournment of the House until January 25, 2005.
