Comprehensive Credit Services for Veterans Act of 2006 - Requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide individuals whose sensitive personal data is potentially compromised by a breach of security of data processed or maintained by the Secretary with notification of such breach and comprehensive credit services. Defines "comprehensive credit services" to include: (1) credit reporting and monitoring services; (2) credit alerts and security freezes; (3) identify theft insurance; and (4) fraud resolution services.
