Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 8-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-N-ethyl-N-propyl-1,4-diozaspiro[4,5]decane-2-methanamine (Spiroxamine).
