Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend through December 31, 2009, the duty on 8-(1,1-Dimethylethyl)-N-ethyl-N-propyl-1,4-dioxaspiro[4,5]decane-2-methanamine (Spiroxamine).
