Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Benzamide, 2-(((((4,6-dimethoxy- 2-pyrimidinyl)amino)carbonyl)- amino)sulfonyl)-4-(formylamino)- N,N-dimethyl- (Foramsulfuron).
