Recognizes and honors May 17, 2004, as the 50th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka.

Encourages all people of the United States to recognize the importance of the decision.

Acknowledges the need for the Nation to recommit to the goals and purposes of this landmark decision to finally realize the dream of equal educational opportunity for all children of the United States.
