Waiving a requirement of clause 6(a) of rule XIII with respect to consideration of certain resolutions reported from the Committee on Rules.

Waives provisions of Rule XIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives that require a two- thirds vote to consider a report from the Committee on Rules on the same day it is presented to the House with respect to any resolution reported on the legislative day of October 10, 2002, providing for consideration or disposition of a joint resolution making further continuing appropriations for FY 2003.
