Commends the Reserve Forces Policy Board (created by the Armed Forces Reserve Act of 1952 (Public Law 82-476)) on its 50th anniversary and for its fine work as an independent source of advice to the Secretary of Defense on matters pertaining to the Reserve components of the Armed Forces.
