Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives regarding the 80th Anniversary of the city of Lynwood, California, and its role as a flourishing, multi-cultural city in Los Angeles County.
Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that: (1) Lynwood, California, should be recognized for the 80th Anniversary of its incorporation; and (2) the city and its citizens should be recognized as a flourishing, multi-cultural community that is representative of an increasingly diverse United States.
