Makes it in order at any time on June 27, 2001, for the Speaker of the House of Representatives to entertain motions that the House suspend the rules on the following measures: (1) H.Res. 172 (honoring the three men who lost their lives in the course of duty as firefighters); (2) H.R. 2133 (establishing a commission to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Board of Education); (3) S. 757 (Edward N. Cahn Federal Building and United States Courthouse designation); and (4) H.R. 691 (authorization of funding for child passenger protection education grants extension).
