Waiving a requirement of clause 6(a) of rule XIII with respect to consideration of certain resolutions reported from the Committee on Rules.

Waives the requirement under rule XIII of the House of Representatives of a two-thirds vote to consider a Committee on Rules report on the same day it is presented to the House, with respect to any resolution reported by such Committee on May 26, 2001, providing for consideration or disposition of any measure to provide for reconciliation pursuant to H. Con. Res. 83 (FY 2002 congressional budget), including any amendment thereto, conference report thereon, or any amendment reported in disagreement from a conference thereon.
