Summary

National War Permanent Tribute Historical Database Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to establish and maintain the National War Permanent Tribute Historical Database for locating, identifying, and cataloging the permanent tributes that commemorate the military conflicts of the United States and the service and sacrifice of individuals in the armed forces. Requires the Database to be accessible, through the Internet or other means, in a format that permits the public to submit information to update and expand the Database.

Authorizes appropriations.

Requires a report from the Secretary to Congress on the desirability of establishing a permanent fund for the repair, restoration, and maintenance of the memorials identified and catalogued in the Database.
