Summary

This bill would repeal the Strategic Investments and Projects Account (SIPA) effective July 1, 2026. The General Fund would generally assume the functions and obligations of the SIPA once repealed. The bill would also provide that certain excess earnings of the Permanent Wyoming Mineral Trust Fund would be credited entirely to the Legislative Stabilization Reserve Account, instead of the SIPA, as is under current law after the 2025 General Session.
