Circuit court clerks; fees; Technology Trust Fund Fee. Removes the requirement that $1 of the $5 Technology Trust Fund Fee be allocated by the Compensation Board for the limited purpose of funding studies to develop and update individual land records automation plans for individual circuit court clerks' offices or to implement the plan to modernize land records in individual circuit court clerks' offices. The bill authorizes the use of the entire $5 fee to be allocated for one of the purposes as described in current law.
