Board of Pharmacy; regulation of psilocybin. Directs the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate regulations that allow for prescribing, dispensing, possessing, and using any FDA-approved formulations of psilocybin following rescheduling by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
