Summary

Charter; City of Fairfax; elections; compensation for members of boards or commissions. Amends the charter for the City of Fairfax to align it with current law requiring municipal elections to be held at the November general election. The bill also removes the limit of $50 per meeting for compensation of members of boards and commissions and provides that such compensation is in such amounts as established by the City Council.
