ON MARCH 30, 2026, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND CONCURRED IN SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 657. AMENDMENT #1 revises one of the provisions in the preamble describing the Choose How You Move program to clarify that it excludes bike lanes.
