Summary

ON MARCH 16, 2026, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 2132, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 clarifies that all of the following emergency rules of the Tennessee public charter school commission expire upon the date that the bill becomes a law:  Rule Number 1185-01-04-.01, which governs the submission of an initial replication application.  Rule Number 1185-01-04-.02, which governs the commission's review of an initial replication application.  Rule Number 1185-01-01-.03, which governs the submission and review of an amended replication application.
