AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 40, relative to violations of condition of release.
ON MARCH 20, 2025, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 78, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 adds that if one or more elements of the offense are committed in one county and one or more elements in another county, then the of fense may be prosecuted in either county.
