Summary

Present law apportions to the state 48.5% of the increase in PILOT payments received by the state from the TVA, above the payments received in the fiscal year 1977-1978. This bill allocates 10% of the state's allocation to the wildlife resources fund to be used for the regulation of boating and wildlife resources.
