An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in registration of vehicles, providing for contributions for the deaf and hard of hearing, for contributions for the Shriners Hospitals for Children, for contributions to Fire Company Grant Program and for contributions to Emergency Medical Services Grant Program.
