Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 3 of Title 46 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to electric membership corporations and foreign electric cooperatives, so as to require an electric membership corporation to disclose certain acquisitions and other information to its members within a certain time frame; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
