Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to government transparency and campaign finance, so as to prohibit foreign nationals from contributing to or participating in any campaign to bring about the approval or rejection by the voters of any proposed question which appears on the ballot; to provide for definitions; to require certifications by certain campaign committees as to compliance with such prohibition; to prohibit the disclosure of certain protected donor information; to provide for a penalty; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
