L. 1966, p. 2771), as amended, so as to revise provisions related to the qualifications, terms, powers, and duties of the mayor, councilmembers, and city manager; to revise provisions for departments and employees of the city government; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
